Veronica Stanek is the Receptionist at LRCE. After graduating from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and teaching French and English for a year, Veronica went to work for the state of Louisiana for thirty-two years, retiring in 2000 as a Technical Services Manager in the Department of Social Services.
Being the receptionist at LRCE requires great multitasking. Mrs. Stanek not only handles all incoming calls but also greets guests, updates the organization`s master calendar, edits copy for LRCE`s publications, maintains databases and answers questions concerning all of LRCE`s programs plus more.
