Recognizing that earning your certification while working full time can be a challenge to some teachers, our cohort-based, virtual model provides the structure teachers need to persist through our program. By attending Zoom classes led by experienced educators, practitioners’ coursework has a set cadence of live sessions rather than engaging independently. Whether practitioners have questions, hurdles, or just need someone to talk to, our team is here for them and you.

New Schools for Baton Rouge
LRCE and New Schools for Baton Rouge work together to recruit and place teachers in Baton Rouge’s non-profit charter schools. Since 2018, the partnership has provided dozens of highly skilled teachers for charter classrooms in the Capital region.
Reach University
Reach University’s novel apprenticeship education degree helps professionals working for schools throughout Louisiana complete their Bachelor's degree requirements. Eligible Reach candidates who select the LRCE pathway can earn their full teaching certification after graduation in as little as one year—at a significantly reduced cost.
School Systems
For twenty years, LRCE’s active partnerships with dozens of Louisiana school systems have helped candidates through potential program fee reductions, a 100% placement rate, and full support through district & program collaboration.
Deans for Impact
Deans for Impact is a national organization devoted to ensuring every child is taught by a well-prepared teacher.
