Overview
LRCE Teach! Fellows are instructional leaders who train, coach, and develop teacher practitioners in their content cohort to achieve ambitious student outcomes. They monitor the progress of teacher practitioners to ensure all practitioners are on track to internalize and execute our core competencies and achieve teacher certification. Fellows have the opportunity to be a major factor in the success of students across Louisiana. The Fellowship offers two tracks depending on the Fellow’s desired development.
Fellows engage in training sessions, lead coursework, mentor new teachers, and receive individualized support to enhance their instructional leadership.
