Live Classes

Our program supports current teachers through leadership development, a focus on intensively building content knowledge, and individualized feedback and coaching. You can earn your official certification and build on your current skills to become a Champion Teacher.

Independent Work

Each session includes asynchronous pre- and post-work aligned to the session’s topic. All coursework is aligned to Louisiana Teacher Competencies and real-life classroom application.

Coaching and Feedback

Instructional Coaches provide feedback on every assignment and throughout each live session. Additional feedback and support is available through office hours.  Practitioners receive intensive, individualized coaching and support while holding their Practitioner License. Coaches partner with school leaders and mentor teachers to provide wrap-around support.

SPED PRO

Special Education Certification

SPED-Pro is a virtual cohort reserved for certified teachers who are interested in adding on Mild to Moderate Special Education credentials. Coursework can be completed within one semester.
