Live Classes

Champion educators lead our live classes on Zoom at a set schedule outside of school hours. Each session provides practitioners with the opportunity to deeply discuss, analyze, and enact teacher competencies rooted in scenarios and the real work of being a successful teacher.

Independent Work

Independent Work

Before each session, practitioners complete prework independently to develop a deep understanding of each topic. After each session, practitioners demonstrate their ability to enact that session’s skill through their postwork assignment. Practitioners finish the coursework having demonstrated their ability to meet LRCE & Louisiana Teacher Competencies. All coursework is rooted in real-life application to prepare you to be successful in any classroom across Louisiana.

Coaching and Feedback

Champion educators provide in-depth feedback throughout live sessions and for every assignment. Additional feedback and support is provided through individual meetings and office hours to ensure that all practitioners can be successful. Practitioners received intensive, individualized coaching for their own classrooms while holding their Practitioner License. Coaches partner with school leaders and mentor teachers to provide wrap-around support.
